Friselle with tomatoes and burrata, ricotta, mozzarella or stracciatella

Ingredients for 4 people

4 Friselle
4 tomatoes or some cherry tomatoes

Instructions

Put a "frisella" in a bowl full of water for 15 seconds. Put it on a plate and cut the tomatoes in small cubes. Put the tomatoes on the frisella, add salt, pepper and olive oil. If you want, you can also complete the frisella with a bit of stracciatella, ricotta, burrata or mozzarella on top.
Enjoy with a glass of wine and you have the perfect summer dinner!
