Put a non-stick pan on medium heat, without any oil or fat. When the pan is hot, heat the piadina for the time indicated on the package (usually just a few minutes). Then put it open on a plate and fill it with 50gr of Prosciutto di Parma, about 60g of stracciatella and as many sundried tomatoes as you like. Close it and enjoy :)
Also, instead of Stracciatella, you can use Stracchino or Burrata.
For the filling, our recommendation is to add grilled vegetables instead of Prosciutto di Parma, olives and capers, according to the taste you prefer the most and to the inspiration of the moment. Enjoy ;-)
