Spaghetti with anchovies, olives, cashew nuts and colatura di alici

Anchovies lover? 🥰 We have a nice recipe for you: cook the pasta (preferably spaghetti) and in a pan aside warm up anchovies fillets, extra virgin olive oil, black olives and cashew nuts. 

Once pasta is cooked (remove it from water 1 min earlier to get it "al dente") add it to the pan with the anchovies. Mix it and after about 2 minutes add a couple of spoon of water from the pasta pot. Mix I again and serve it. 

If you want to pimp it up with even more anchovies flavour, add 1 teaspoon of "colatura" to each portion. Also, hot chili pepper if you like
