Mozzarella fior di latte - 125 gr
Mozzarella is made from fresh cow milk and it has the traditional round shape, which seems to be a creation of an artist.
Its taste is unique: delicate and refreshing.
The word "Mozzarella"comes from the procedure called "mozzare" which means "cutting by hand" and it is related to the process of separation of the curd into tasty and delicious balls... the Mozzarella!
Ingredients: cow's milk, salt, rennet.
Make sure you take the Mozzarella out from the fridge 15-20 minutes before eating and put it, still in the bag, in a bowl with warm water (not too cold, not too hot). At room temperature you will be able to fully taste its creamy freshness.
Amazing as appetizer, on pizza, in salads, with vegetables, salami, raw ham or pasta. Always divine!
