You can enjoy the anchovies from Cetara as is, on a piece of bread with butter, stracciatella cheese or burrata. They are perfect also on pizza or to prepare a nice pasta. You can leave them marinating in extra virgin olive oil and parsley or hot chili pepper to enhance their flavour and create tasty dishes.
