www.biancolatte.ch is operated and owned by Biancolatte GmbH, a Swiss corporation based in Zug and registered in the commercial register of Zug with CHE-225.526.153.
These General Terms and Conditions apply to all orders and or services proposed and or provided by:

hereby identified as “The Seller”
to customers and entities residing in Switzerland and in the Principality of Liechtenstein, hereby identified as “The Client”.
- Offer and Sales agreement
2.1 The proposal of goods in the online shop is not a legally binding offer, but an invitation to the Client to submit an order. Each order is subject to availability and can, for obvious reasons, not be guaranteed.
2.2 By clicking the button “Order”, the Client makes a binding order for the goods and or services listed in the order page. Due to the nature of the goods, business model, logistics and extremely tight transit times, cancellations are not possible after the Client has submitted his binding order.
2.3 Immediately after receiving the order, the Seller sends the Order Acknowledgement to the Client by email. The Sales agreement comes into force only when the Seller confirms the dispatch of the goods via e-mail, or by delivering the goods.
- Return rights
Due to the perishable nature of the goods, physical returns are not allowed and cannot be accepted. If for any reason the Client is not completely satisfied with the purchase, the Client shall contact the Customer Service within 24 hours, at the latest, of the delivery of the goods. Delayed claims cannot be settled. In case of a complaint it is the Client’s obligation to keep the goods cooled at +4°C for pickup and analysis. In case of a justified complaint, the Seller will settle the case and where applicable, refund the Client, partially or in total.
- Prices and shipping costs
4.1 The prices listed in the online shop include value-added tax (MwSt.) and other elements of the price, and are in Swiss francs (CHF) if not otherwise stated.
4.2 In addition to these prices, shipping costs may incur depending on the delivery address, quantity of goods and type of goods. The exact shipping costs are displayed to the Client in the Checkout Page.
- Fulfilment and delivery terms
5.1 The delivery shall only be performed to addresses in Switzerland and in the Principality of Liechtenstein. The enclaves of Campione d’Italia, Büsingen and Samnaun are excluded.
5.2 A standard delivery time, if the offer does not indicate otherwise, is within 1 day from the dispatch.
5.3 When exceptional circumstances occur, and limit the possibility for the transportation companies appointed by the Seller to deliver within 1 day from the dispatch, the Seller will immediately inform the Client via email or SMS.
5.4 If the Seller was not able to source all ordered goods, the Seller has the right to cancel the order or perform partial deliveries. On the basis of partial deliveries, the Client does not bear any additional cost. Liability of the Seller for such cases is excluded.
5.5 The order cancellation or partial fulfilment will be communicated to the Client as soon as possible by the Seller at the latest through the Order Confirmation email which will be sent at the time of order dispatch.
5.6 If the delivery of goods is not or not properly performed due to the fault of the Client, the Seller can withdraw from the agreement and no further obligation will remain between the Seller and the Client. Fault of the Client might include but not limited to, providing a wrong delivery address and/or wrong phone number. The Seller recommends the Client to check the accuracy of the Client information entered to ensure smooth fulfilment.
- Payment terms
The Client can perform the payment by credit cards issued by Visa, MasterCard
