Burrata - 100 gr
Burrata is a fresh cheese made from a mix of mozzarella and cream. The outside shell is a pasta filata made of cow's milk, while inside there is a creamy heart which could leave someone speechless after trying it.
Burrata is a cute bag of creamy freshness.
Ingredients: pasteurized cow's milk, UHT cream (48%), salt, microbial rennet, lactic cultures, acidity regulator: lactic acid.
Make sure you put Burrata in a bowl or a plate before cutting it. When you cut it, its heart of thickened cream comes out and you do not want to waste all that "ben di Dio"! Psss, keep a small piece of bread till the end... dip it into the remaining cream and you will understand why Italians love "scarpetta" so much!
Burrata is amazing with raw ham and fresh tomatoes. However, even only with olive oil and basil, it is the perfect dinner!
