Caciotta ORO Veneta - 300 gr
The Caciotta Veneta is made with cow milk and belongs to the tradition of the North of Italy (Veneto region). It is a soft cheese with a round shape and with a sllghty salty taste. Its rind is not edible.
Ingredients: cow milk, rennet, salt, lactic ferments. Rind treated with preservatives E202, E200, E235. Rind not edible. Maturation 15-17 days.
Caciotta Veneta is a great addition to a nice cheese plate. It is great on its own, in salads or also with ham, tomatoes and vegetables.
