Caciotta di capra - 300 gr
The Caciotta di Capra is made with goat milk therefore it is tasty, a bit salty and easy to digest. It is a soft cheese with a nice white rind which is edible as well.
Ingredients: goat milk, salt, lactic ferments, vegetable coagulant extracted from the Thistle flower, selected white molds. Maturation 10 days.
Caciotta di Capra is a great addition to a nice cheese plate. It is great on its own, in salads or also with ham, tomatoes and vegetables.
