BALÀT is a noble 100% Italian extra virgin olive oil, with a unique flavor, entirely produced from the olive pressing of the precious Nocellara del Belice cultivar of the La Rocca farm (Sicily), with a round and intense green color whose soft and dense pulp gives it a fruity and very delicate flavor.
Balàt oil, has an intense green color, with a classic and persuasive taste with clear hints of grass, green tomato, almond and artichoke. The sensations of bitter and pleasant taste cohabit in equilibrium with the spicy that, progressive and lasting, sanctions its closure.
The Balàt Oil is obtained by cold pressing in the company's oil mill on the same day of the harvest, its acidity is very low and is very rich in polyphenols (vitamin E) and oleic acid that give it a very high quality and excellence, in how much it can be used to protect the heart and arteries, to slow down cellular aging, to prevent arteriosclerosis because it helps to lower the level of cholesterol LCL ("bad" cholesterol) and to raise that HDL ("good" cholesterol). Balàt is definitely an oil dedicated to the most demanding palates, which at the same time require a fundamental product in the Mediterranean Diet. It is an extra virgin olive oil of high quality obtained from ancient olive trees and new plant cultivated with Belice umbrella.
