‘Nduja piccante / Spicy ‘Nduja - 350-400 gr
Spicy Salami made with pork meat and chili pepper. 'nduja is a typical Calabrian salami. It is a soft, spreadable salami (name derives from the French "andouille", sausage) and definitely spicy. The predominant red color is given, in fact, by the naturally dried red chilli pepper, present in the dough together with the fatty parts of the pig (lard from the girth, shoulder and thigh). Typical and native to the Spilinga area, today it is now produced throughout the region. Ideal to spread on bread, it is also used as a topping for pizza, bruschetta, as a sauce for pasta, as an ingredient for omelettes.
Ingredients: pork, hot pepper, salt, dextrose, sugar, spices, garlic. Antioxidant: ascorbic acid. Preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate.
Perfect as appetizer or starter, spread on a bread slice. Also cooked on pizza or pasta, it gives a wonderful spicy taste.
