Typical salami from the centre of Italy, the Abruzzo region. Also called "abruzzese" salami.

Produced with Italian lean pork meat, very finely minced and well peppered, stuffed into traditional shapes in soft and flattened gut.

Ingredients: pork meat, salt, dextrose, spices, natural flavors, antioxidant: ascorbic acid, preservatives: sodium nitrite, potassium nitrate.
