Salty ricotta / Ricotta salata - 300 gr
An aged and compact ricotta, made from sheep milk, good for grating. Slightly salted. Typical of Sardinia.
Ingredients: sheep's milk whey, salt. 100% Sardinian milk
Amazing grated on pasta (try "Pasta alla Norma" with aubergine and ricotta salata on top) or on any other dish which requires a bit of salty cheesy taste :)
