    We happy to offer you a selection of 4 tomato sauces:

    1. Puttanesca: tomato sauce made with olives, capers, anchovies and a pinch of chili pepper. This sauce is a typical sauce originating from the gulf of Naples. Spaghetti with puttanesca sauce is a classic :-)
      Ingredients: Tomato pulp, tomato paste, green olives, water, olive oil, onion, capers, salt, anchovies, chili pepper, white wine, garlic, parsley, basil, oregano
    2. Bolognese: meat-based tomato sauce. The sauce is prepared with sautéed vegetables and minced meat. It originates from the region around Bologna. This Tomato pulp, tomato paste, beef meat, pork meat, onion, carrots, olive oil, celery, salt, black pepper. Acidity regulator: lactic acid. Sauce is used to dress flat type pasta such as tagliatelle or pappardelle and to prepare lasagna.

    3. Arrabbiata: tomato sauce made with red chili peppers. The sauce originates from the Lazio region, around Rome. Arrabbiataliterally means "angry“ in Italian; as a reference to the spiciness of the chili peppers. Arrabbiata sauce is usually served with short type pasta such as penne or fusilli.
      Ingredients: Tomato pulp, tomato paste, olive oil, onion, salt, garlic, chili pepper, oregano, natural chili pepper aroma.
    4. Classic: tomato sauce with basil.This is the Italian tomato sauce par excellence, simple and tasty.
